You can also check the Imperator Hotel in Béziers, or Hôtel Terminus, plus every other we did not list here :) Béziers has a ryanair airport, with flights from the UK, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and more !
There is also a Paris-Béziers by train that takes approximately 4 hours .
You can also use the Montpellier airport which is about 70km from Béziers, then take a train from Montpellier to Béziers.
Other possibilities are : Carcassone, Perpignan, Toulouse which are a bit further, about 2 hours by train max.
